If we’ve had problems with shoddy work from previous vendors, can you diagnose and correct those issues while bringing everything up to your design and safety standards?

Quick Answer

We’re happy to evaluate problems caused by previous vendors, but instead of simply patching their work, we’ll diagnose what’s wrong and usually recommend a redesigned or replacement system that meets our design and safety standards—and that we can fully warranty and maintain.

Detailed Answer

If you’ve dealt with shoddy work from other vendors, we completely understand wanting a fresh start. We can absolutely come in, look at what you have, and clearly explain what’s going wrong and why. During that evaluation, we’ll check wiring practices, loading on circuits, fixture quality, installation methods, and overall system design so you know exactly where the weak points are.

What we don’t do is “adopt” the existing system and try to nurse it along indefinitely. Once we start working on another company’s installation, we inherit all of the hidden risks—safety issues, code violations, unknown product quality, and confusing or voided warranties. That makes it very difficult for us to stand behind the system or give you the kind of guarantees we believe you deserve.

Instead, our typical recommendation is to bring everything up to our standards through a comprehensive redesign or retrofit that we install ourselves. That might mean new fixtures, corrected wiring, improved layout, and updated controls so the system is safe, consistent, and built to perform long term.

Once the system is ours—from design through installation—we can offer ongoing maintenance plans and warranty coverage, and you have one team fully accountable for how it looks and how it works.
