Do I need to be home during install?

No, you do not need to be home unless we need access to the inside of your home to complete the installation.

I paid my 50% deposit, when can I expect my install?

After your 50% deposit is paid, lights are typically installed within 2 weeks, but it may take longer during times of high demand. Contact us to discuss timing for your install.

I’m interested in having landscape lighting installed. What is the process?

After the initial contact, our scheduling department will reach out to set up your consultation. During your consultation, our design experts will listen to your lighting priorities and devise a plan to suit your needs. After a contract is signed, we require a 50% deposit of the agreed installation. Our warehouse and production team take it from there to supply the necessary materials and schedule your installation. Most installations are completed within 2 weeks of the signed contract. Final payment is due when the installation is completed.

Is the wiring hidden?

Yes, the wiring is completely hidden. We install your lighting meticulously and professionally to make it look like it has always been there with no visible wires.

What if I need to reschedule my install or initial meeting?

What should I do if I have a problem and how long do repairs take?
