For lighting we have designed and installed, we offer ongoing maintenance plans, warranty coverage, and responsive service to keep everything performing the way it should.

For systems installed by another company, our approach is different. We do not take over routine maintenance or repairs on work we did not design, because we cannot verify the quality of the materials, wiring, or fixture placement. Without that foundation, patching individual problems often leads to recurring issues and wasted money.

What we can do is evaluate your current system. If you are dealing with dim spots, flickering fixtures, outdated halogen bulbs, or problems left behind by a previous contractor, our team can walk your property, diagnose what is going on, and give you an honest recommendation. In most cases, we suggest a redesigned or full replacement system built to our standards. That gives you a clean starting point with professional-grade fixtures, proper wiring, and full warranty and maintenance coverage going forward.
