We ask for as much notice as possible so we can keep our crews running efficiently, but we do our best to accommodate changes whenever they come up.

Life happens, and we are happy to work around it. Whether you need to reschedule a first-time consultation or move an installation that has already been booked, our scheduling team will find a new date that works for you.
A few things to keep in mind. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to rebook without a long wait, especially during our busiest season from late September through December when Christmas lighting demand is at its peak. For commercial projects that involve coordination with property managers, tenants, or HOA boards, early communication also helps us avoid scheduling conflicts on our end and yours.
Rescheduling does not affect your deposit, your place in line, or any pricing that has already been agreed to in your contract. Once we confirm your new date, everything picks up right where it left off.
